What I think

Although this book is very sad, it was enjoyable because it took some unexpected turns that I thought would never happen. Most of the time I thought it was an amazing book. I also like the way the author wrote this book because of the way he wrote it; he made it fit what the story was about. Over all I would give this book an 8 out of 10.

Lemony Snikets a series of unfortunate events #1

The book I read for my R&E was Lemony Snikits -- A Series of Unfortunate Events, Book #1, The Bad Beginning.

Although it was a sad book, I thought it was a good book to read. What happens is these three children Violet, Klaus, and Sunny Baudelaire parents' die one morning in a fire that not only killed them but their mansion burned as well. The children were taken to live with one of their family members whom they had never met even though he lived close by. This family members' name is Count Olaf and he is a very mean, rude and to me the worst person to take care of children. And along the way he wants to try and kill the children in order to get their fortune but the children are too smart and too quick. If you want a good read, then I would recommend Book #1, The Bad Beginning in the series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snikits.


But remember this book is very SAD!
